Refund & Cancellation Policy

All products sold on IndiaDigiStore are digital and delivered instantly upon successful payment. Because the file becomes accessible to you immediately, we generally do not offer refunds once a download link has been issued, in line with standard practice for digital goods.

When we will issue a refund

We will refund you in full if:

• You were charged but never received a working download link, and our team could not resolve it within 3 business days.
• You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
• The product file is genuinely corrupted or does not match its description, and we are unable to fix or replace it.

How to request a refund

Email support@indiadigistore.com with your order number (found in your confirmation email) and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days and, where a refund is approved, process it to your original payment method within 5-7 business days via Razorpay.

What we cannot refund

Change of mind after downloading, or dissatisfaction with content that matched the product description at the time of purchase, are not eligible for a refund — please read the product page carefully before buying, and contact us first if you have any questions.
